RECIPE: Breakfast Parfait

A delicious way to start the day!

Breakfast Parfait Recipe Ingredients


- Chia pudding

- Thick açaí smoothie

- Yoghurt

- Toppings (such as buckinis, cacao nibs, muesli, shaved coconut, dried cranberries etc)


Method:

- Make the chia pudding and pour a small amount into the bottom of glass jars. Leave overnight to set.

- Make a small amount of açaí smoothie and pour a layer on top of the chia pudding.

- Top with yoghurt and various toppings.

- Serve and enjoy.


A simple straight-forward breakfast, this breakfast parfait recipe is easy to make and a highly nutritious morning meal.
