– 2/3 cup chia seeds
– 150mL coconut cream
– 3 tbsp honey
– 2 tsp vanilla paste
– 1 cup almond milk
– Heat up the coconut cream in a saucepan and add in the honey, vanilla, and stir.
– Remove from heat, pour in almond milk, and stir in the chia seeds.
– Pour mixture into bowls and put them in the fridge overnight to set.
– Add your favourite fruit and toppings, enjoy.
